Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When scheduling an event, it is currently not possible as an invited attendee to edit the description or easily suggest or even move the event. Other calendaring solutions allow you to grant invitees the right to change and adjust events.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow attendees on an event by event basis to edit the event, change the description or title and change time of the event.
Describe alternatives you've considered
using calendars with shared writing rights but that's not really feasible

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing attendee-permission and event-editing flows, then determine how per-event rights would apply to changing the title, description, and time. Done should be verified for invited attendees without granting unrelated calendar-wide write access.
