Research direction
Start by reading apps/dav/lib/BackgroundJob/RefreshWebcalJob.php to understand the existing refresh logic, then inspect the calendar app's current subscription UI entry points. Add a manual refresh button for ical subscriptions and verify that triggering it fetches and displays calendar changes without waiting for the automatic refresh.
