Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I want to use NextCloud to handle booking drop-in courses at a community center. I have different types of classes (pottery, dance, drawing, cooking, etc) and each individual class has a different attendance cap. My clients are diverse but include a lot of people with low internet or tech literacy, so this system needs to be straightforward for them.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want the appointments booking page to show all appointments available for the current month in one overview, with people able to toggle on or off each slot on each available day.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I don't think there are any alternatives. As far as I can tell, YouCanBookMe.com doesn't even do this -- but they should. It would be a really really useful feature for running community groups.

Research direction

Start with the appointment booking page and review how available slots are currently presented and selected. Define the month overview and per-day slot toggles for different attendance caps, then verify that clients can view all current-month appointments and select or deselect slots straightforwardly.
