Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For people working at orgs where there are multiple multi-floor buildings at each location - wasting 10 minutes walking to another building to find a colleague is working from home is not great 😄
That is, of course, why such companies often have a 'remote vs at home' indicator somewhere, perhaps in the company address book, profile page, status or calendar.
Beyond that, you often want to plan when to go to the office (or, which one) with others. It'd be nice if you can see when somebody plans to be at the office.
So in short, we're looking for a way to note if you're in the office now or working remote today; and to track when you plan to be at the office/work remote the rest of the week(s). Moreover, this should ideally also work for a company with multiple locations.
Describe the solution you'd like
We need one place where you can note this down. That could be the personal settings where you can currently note your working hours, or in the calendar app. Ideally, you can select multiple locations, or have a free text field noting where you are - maybe you work from a co-working location Monday, a cafe Tuesday, the Berlin office Wednesday, the train on Thursday and from the Stuttgart office on Friday!
Then it should be visible on:
- profile
- calendar
- status
- address book?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First clarify the scope and inspect how personal settings, the calendar, profiles, status, and the address book currently expose user information; done requires an agreed design covering current and planned locations across multiple offices and the listed surfaces.
