Sometimes we want our contacts / partners to book an appointment just on a predefined day. Think about a fair or other in-person events that last one or two days, you just open the booking slots on those dates.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option that allows one to chose one or more dates for the appointment. There is already this "Limit how far in the future the appointments can be booked", but it does not fit the use case really good.
The recipient; on his/her side, will see able to select the date just in the range defined by the organizer and if only day is in the range, he/she she wouldn't be able to change the date at all.
