Steps to reproduce
- Create an all-day event in March of a non-leap-year with a reminder 30 days in advance
- Reminder fires 43 hours late
Expected behavior
Reminder should fire at midnight 30 days in advance
Actual behaviour
Reminder fires 43 hours late. Seems related to February having 28/29 days. There may be an additional effect due to timezone (North America EST).
