Description

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create an all-day event in March of a non-leap-year with a reminder 30 days in advance
  2. Reminder fires 43 hours late
Expected behavior

Reminder should fire at midnight 30 days in advance

Actual behaviour

Reminder fires 43 hours late. Seems related to February having 28/29 days. There may be an additional effect due to timezone (North America EST).

Research direction

No source file or test is named in the issue. Start by reproducing the March non-leap-year case with a 30-day all-day reminder in Thunderbird Lightning, comparing the expected midnight time with the actual firing time and checking the possible EST timezone effect. Done means the reminder fires exactly 30 days in advance.
