Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

NC 20.0.14

We have over 120 users and when a new user is created, they see all the shared calendars of the 120 other users....
This increases the loading time enormously and you first have to hide all the non-relevant calendars again.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if you could configure the behaviour or, as an administrator, specify certain calendars as the default profile.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction

Start by reviewing the related issue #2090 and the reported behavior when a new user joins an installation with many shared calendars. Clarify whether the intended result is configurable visibility or administrator-defined default calendars, then define completion around new users seeing only the intended calendars and avoiding the reported loading delay.
