Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are some issues with invitations that arise from not being able to reliably determine the owner of an event. Currently we do a mix of checking the calendar permissions, presence of the organizer prop and comparing the organizer email to the user email. However, it turned out that there are some edge cases like #3866.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement proper logic to reliably determine the owner of each event. Adjust the read only status based on this logic.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
This might already be implemented. Investigating our code might reveal existing logic that is ready to use.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by investigating the existing event ownership and read-only logic, including invitation handling and edge case #3866; done means ownership is determined reliably for each event and read-only status follows that result.
