Description
I really like the calendar/talk integration, great work!
I just had some ideas while testing it which I want to share:
-
It would be great if the lobby would be enabled on the talk room by default with the start date from the calendar entry. Of course we would need to make sure that the lobby gets updated when the calendar appointment gets modified.
-
The calendar entry already has a icon indicating that a reminder was set (see screenshot), would be nice to have a icon which indicates that a room was attached. Additionally a "meeting" icon should indicate that people where invited maybe even with an indicator if everyone accepted the invitation already or not. This way you would have a quick overview without the need to open the details of the appointment.

- It would be nice if there would be a direct link to the room. If I go back to the appointment details the "Create Talk room for this event" button is grayed out (see screenshot) because a room already exists. Would be nice if the button would turn into a "Join the Talk room" (or something similar) instead so that I could directly jump to the room from the calendar.

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing “Create Talk room for this event” flow from the calendar appointment details. Split the three suggestions into separately scoped changes and identify how room creation, event updates, calendar indicators, and the direct room link are currently handled. Done should cover the agreed subset with behavior for existing and modified appointments.
