Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the existing real-folder share dialog and the filter-tag view. Done means a specific tag can be shared through a public link or with a person like a real folder, without duplicating bookmarks.
