Add more configuration options for backup scheduling

Description
I would like to see more configuration options per backup location.
Such as recurring monthly, weekly, and daily backup and allow the user to specify the time and day for those.
Currently you can only configure global settings and can only choose between weekends and daily. Also weekends is vague, what day of the weekend will this happen? It should be more specific.
