Description

I try to trigger the "manual" backup from the app settings, but it doesn't really run.

Is there a way trigger the backup to run a bit more deterministically? Its difficult to test without this.

This would also be great for the documentation since it is probably a very common thing to do as a first pass on this app.

Thanx

Research direction

Start by reviewing the manual backup flow in the app settings and the existing backup documentation. Determine whether a deterministic way to trigger and test a full backup is supported, then document the supported procedure or clarify the limitation.
