[Question] Is there a way to trigger the full backup?

Description
I try to trigger the "manual" backup from the app settings, but it doesn't really run.
Is there a way trigger the backup to run a bit more deterministically? Its difficult to test without this.
This would also be great for the documentation since it is probably a very common thing to do as a first pass on this app.
