[Bug]: AI & Connected accounts settings sections missing

Bug description

Hi, I have installed several AI Apps in Nextcloud, but cannot configure them as the Connected accounts section of my settings is missing.

This issue has occurred in 3 separate installs.

I used the Official AIO installer for Nextcloud and have made sure to enable extAPI functionality.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Nextcloud AIO
2. Install Nextcloud Assistant
3. Observe no Connected accounts settings

Expected behavior

Connected accounts settings exist and can be configured

Confirm the behavior across the reported setup and document or test the condition that determines whether the sections appear.
