The Assistant app currently groups many powerful AI features into dropdowns or context menus, which can feel hidden or overwhelming. A more structured layout using dedicated tabs or a side navigation menu would improve accessibility and usability.

Create separate navigation tabs or sections for:
- ✏️ Write in context
- 📚 Summarize
- 📰 Create headline
- 🔇 Change or mute tone
- 🎨 Generate image with AI
Allow users (admin)( to customize which tools are visible or reorder them based on preferences.
