Add AI Disclosure to app description as a must have

With the upcoming AI act, we need to disclose whether AI was used.

I think this should cover a) the app itself, with `no`, `partial`, or `fully` types of checkboxes the app owner needs to fill, and b), the app description and images on the app store itself.

Define the disclosure choices for app owners and the resulting store presentation, including what counts as done for both the app and its listing.
