Mark apps with `nextcloud max-version` above latest as untested

There are a number of apps that have the `` in `info.xml` set to something far above the latest version. Some have it set as 99.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Perhaps apps with a version number set above the latest version of NC should be marked as untested. If an app dev can't be bothered to update their supported version numbers, it is likely that either the app is unmaintained or the app's quality is somewhat questionable.
