"Community rating" should display how many stars from how many reviews

Description
Change the way the app store displays community ratings. It should show the average number of stars given so far and specify the total number of reviews.
Currently, the display is accurate only after more than five reviews are submitted. For example, an app with four reviews of 5 stars each shows only three stars, which does not reflect reality.
Update of Daphne 2 Jan: this enhancement request was discussed with the maintainers and we would review a PR for this swiftly.
