Allow File Sorting based on Approval status

Feature Request:

Allow File Sorting based on Approval status.
Our folders are full of files that are either already approved or pending approval by someones else or pending approval by the user or rejected.

To find the approval state relevant to the user they have to scroll and easily miss a file that needs approval, if we could sort by approval status, all files awaiting approval by the user would be easily found.

The issue names no files or tests, so start by locating the approval app's file-list or sidebar UI and how approval states are exposed. Clarify the expected ordering for approved, pending-by-others, pending-by-the-user, and rejected files; done means users can sort the file list by approval status and reliably find files awaiting their action.
