Description
Good day,
I have an administrator/user in my nextcloud with whom I want to upload data and send it to external/guests for approval.
These guests are not registered.
I would like to share the uploaded PDF file in the overview with email address xy and here the guest should get the view for Approved or Rejected.
Is there a way to implement this?
Greetings Sven

Research direction
Start by reviewing the approval app's existing file-sharing and approval flow, then clarify how unregistered guests would receive access by email. Done should be defined as a guest being able to view the shared PDF and submit either Approved or Rejected, but the issue does not name files or tests.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
