Description
Describe the bug
The "check connection" button is displayed when adding a "manual install" deploay daemon. This is kind of misleading because this kind of daemon can be added even if the check fails.
Steps/Code to Reproduce
Start adding a "manual install" deploay daemon on a host where docker is not listening for remote control. Click "check connection".
Expected Results
Not sure if there are good conditions to hide the button. Maybe a hint would be enough if the "manual install" template is selected.

Research direction
Reproduce the flow for adding a manual-install deploy daemon on a host where Docker is not listening for remote control. Inspect the form that displays the “check connection” button and determine how the manual-install selection affects it. Done means the UI no longer misleadingly presents the check, or provides an appropriate hint after the expected behavior is clarified.
