### Steps to reproduce
1. Have conflicts
2. permanent notification appears
3. solve conflicts
### Expected behaviour
- notification should go away
### Actual behaviour
- notification stays and can't be dismissed
### Environment data
Android version: 12
Device model: Pixel 5
Stock or customized system: Stock
Nextcloud app version: 3.19.1
Nextcloud server version: 23.0.2
Reverse proxy: No
