Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Sync a folder with lots of sub folders
2. Make changes on other client
3. Try to refresh the list
### Expected behaviour
- List should show (preferably automatically) up to date list of sub folders and edit times
### Actual behaviour
- Inconsistent list of folders and updated times
### Environment data
Android version: 10
Device model: OnePlus 6T
Stock or customized system: stock
Nextcloud app version: 3.17.0 (but this bug has been there for a while)
Nextcloud server version: 22.1.1
