Description
I get 3 to 5 upload failed notifications per day as the internet connection on my phone is not always as stable moving around. However the files are successfully uploaded as nextcloud tries again, often seconds later. Hence it would be nice if notifications would be generated after 3 failed attempts over a time span of 30 minutes for example.
