Change proxy when changing network connection

Hello,

I found a bug on app Android, with networks parameters.
At home, I have a proxy. When I change network mobile (4g or other wifi), there is no proxy.

So, when network change, I need to kill app, to force retrieve new networks parameters. Example : I'm at home, app works fine. Go to cellular network, impossible to sent or get files.. I kill app, sending works fine again.
