Add option to exclude specific filenames or patterns from auto-upload

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This Ignored Files feature is really important to me (and hopefully others) especially since I do not always have a Wifi connection and thus, I rely on my mobile data most of the time. I still want to sync my files to my Nextcloud server, of course... but alas, data costs money and when I record i.e. a long duration of video the files got BIG, and it gets uploaded since I choose Camera folder for an Auto upload.

I want the Android app to be able to add exception for some file names on the Auto upload feature
