Cannot modify auto-upload settings when swiping on/off-button

### Actual behaviour
Further settings of the auto-upload configuration (three-dot-menu) unlocks only when pressing the on/off-button

### Expected behaviour
Further settings should unlock whether pressing the button or swiping to the right.

### Steps to reproduce
Go to "Automatic Upload", choose the three-dot-menu of one of your local folders

### Environment data
Android version: 8.1.0

Device model: BQ Aquaris X

Stock or customized system: Stock

Nextcloud app version: 3.6.0

Nextcloud server version: 15.0.7
