Description

### Describe the solution you'd like

1. Gray inactive menu "Sort" and "Grid view" for "All files", "Favorites", "Shared" and "On device" when there are no files.

2. Gray inactive menu for "Empty trashbin" and "Sort" when there are no files to delete.

3. Gray inactive menu for "Clear failed uploads" when there are no sent files.
