Android 16 phone upload has no response

### Steps to reproduce

1. open nextcloud app
2. tap "+" button and select any file to upload
3. nextcloud has no any response for uploading just nothing happend. also no any system notifications.
4. try upload to nextcloud from android "Files" app but no help

### Expected behaviour

the file should upload to nextcloud

nothing happened
