Quando accendo server non vengono caricate le foto

### Steps to reproduce

Se lascio il server spento ma scatto delle foto col cellulare quando riaccendo il server queste foto non vengono caricate rimangono in caricamento Ma se in quel momento scatto una nuova foto viene caricata, non so se vi è già successo questo problema vorrei capire come risolverlo Grazie

Start by reproducing the photo-upload scenario: take photos while the server is offline, then restore the connection and observe the pending uploads before and after taking a new photo. Trace the mobile upload queue or synchronization entry point responsible for pending photos; done means queued photos upload automatically when the server returns, without requiring a new photo.
