Description

### ⚠️ Before posting ⚠️

- [x] This is a **bug**, not a question or an enhancement.
- [x] I've [searched for similar issues](https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues) and didn't find a duplicate.
- [x] I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".
- [x] I agree to follow Nextcloud's [Code of Conduct](https://nextcloud.com/contribute/code-of-conduct/).

### Steps to reproduce

Go to Settings, Auto upload, find folder to auto upload, click the non-descriptive cloud icon to, upload starts normally.

Now tap the 3 dots menu, change the "Remote folder" to anything except the "InstantUploads" folder... upload *never* starts.

Reset back to InstantUploads, and it start working again.

### Expected behaviour

Uploading starts (just like it does for InstantUploads folder)

### Actual behaviour

Upload never starts. Nver.

Have tried:
1. Waiting
2. Force closing app, restarting
3. Clear cache in between force closing and restarting

This is not a space, network, or android settings issue as whenever I rest to "InstantUploads" it starts working again.

This is quite a longstanding bug that ... that just completely invalidates the usage of Nextcloud...

Please see this with priority.

Research direction

Start with the linked Android logcat and search for the Duas folder and auto-upload handling when the remote folder is not InstantUploads. Reproduce the issue using the Auto upload settings and a different remote folder; done means the upload starts and behaves as expected for non-InstantUploads destinations.
