Description

### ⚠️ Before posting ⚠️

- [x] This is a **bug**, not a question or an enhancement.
- [x] I've [searched for similar issues](https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues) and didn't find a duplicate.
- [x] I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".

### Steps to reproduce

Until now, it was possible to adjust the playback speed of voice messages. However, this feature is no longer working in the latest app version (v24.0.1). The same issue applies to reviewing one's own voice messages.

Please check and fix.

Research direction

The issue mentions no file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing playback-speed behavior for received and self-recorded voice messages on the affected Android version, then trace the relevant audio-message playback code. Done means playback speed can be adjusted for both message types without regression.
