Auto upload still unreliable with 33.1.

### Steps to reproduce

Just as an update: the auto upload is still unreliable for me with 33.1.
A few days ago I went mountain biking, so I sometimes had a bad connection. And I also put the phone to flight mode a few times. 7 out of 10 pictures and videos were uploaded. The remaining 3 are still not uploaded 4 days later.

I am relatively sure the problem relates to the **unstable internet connection** (at least for me).
Being connected to WIFI I just took 37 photos and videos. They were all uploaded in no time without any problems :)

Auto upload forgets/skips to upload some files.
