feature: auto upload - high battery consumption

### Steps to reproduce

Enable folders for auto-upload (for example the default camera folder) and take some pictures.
I took 28 pictures and 2 videos during the day. I noticed that the phone got warm in my pocket and the battery drainage was extremly high.

This is my configuration of my auto-upload folder:

### Expected behaviour

Low battery consumption due to only auto-uploading 28 pictures and 2 videos.

### Actual behaviour

16.6% of my entire battery was used for Nextcloud Android and it was only on screen for 6 minutes. See attached pictures
