Enhance Upload List Screen

We change improve UX via following additions:

**1. Filtering (Chips / Quick Filters)**

Introduce filter chips to allow users to quickly narrow down the uploads list:

Show only auto uploads
Show only conflicted uploads
Show only failed uploads

**2. Sorting options**

Newest to oldest
Oldest to newest

**3. New actions**

Clear all auto uploads

**4. Search bar**

I want to search file via name, remote or local path
