Description

### ⚠️ Before posting ⚠️

- [x] This is a **bug**, not a question or an enhancement.
- [x] I've [searched for similar issues](https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues) and didn't find a duplicate.
- [x] I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".
- [x] I agree to follow Nextcloud's [Code of Conduct](https://nextcloud.com/contribute/code-of-conduct/).

### Steps to reproduce

This is a response to https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues/16642 BUT NOT using the debug version, as I wanted to just report the original error first before trying to reproduce it or if it is gone.

I had the issue and came here, because the auto-upload stopped working. At that me:
* did https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues/16647 in the past
* it has worked for some while
* …then suddenly it stopped at 90% of an image…
* then I try the pause-unpause trick again and suddenly many images vanished
* Now there are "just" three left but they are really stuck and even pausing/unpausing does not seem to help here
