A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when
Auto Upload attempts and fails uploading.tmp files

Observe the ignore list

**Additional context**
Signal backups are large and take time to create and upload. Often broken Uploads of the .tmp files are reported as they have been renamed during Uploads.
