Uploads not able to clear files

### Steps to reproduce

When uploading a file it stays in the queue,tie file seems to have uploaded but stays in tie queue but says it already exists and the bin icon doesn't work to clear the file(s).

### Expected behaviour

Ideally file uploads and doesn't try to upload again and report it's already uploaded.

and the bio icon works to clear skipped/existing files.

### Actual behaviour

Files appear to upload, but report that they already exist, I'm also unable to clear the upload queue of the files that say they already exist because bin icon doesn't work.
