Show/Hide Recommendations

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently, the interface shows a recommendations section that cannot be disabled. For some users it's not necessary all that occupied space. Also it shows any file. There is no built-in way to hide or turn off this section.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add a setting option that allows users to enable or disable the recommendations section.

**Proposed behavior:**
- A toggle in User Settings to show/hide the recommendations section in the interface
- When disabled, the recommendations section should be completely hidden from the UI, not just empty

**Additional context**
I already forked and added the feature to use myself, I'm just following protocol now.
