Auto deletion on device after autoupload does not work

### Steps to reproduce

I gave the App Permission for all Files Read and Write also I gave it Permissions for Read/Write on Gallery Pictures, Videos etc. I configured an folder for autoupload. It does upload all pictures but it wont delete the uploaded files from the system I configured it properly that it should get deleted after auto uploading.

### Expected behaviour

The automatically uploaded pictures should get delete afterwards on my device.

### Actual behaviour

The automatically uploaded pictures won't get deleted afterwards from my device
