Description

### ⚠️ Before posting ⚠️

- [x] This is a **bug**, not a question or an enhancement.
- [x] I've [searched for similar issues](https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues) and didn't find a duplicate.
- [x] I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".
- [x] I agree to follow Nextcloud's [Code of Conduct](https://nextcloud.com/contribute/code-of-conduct/).

### Steps to reproduce

1. Move from a Android phone in English language to a Android phone in German
2. Synchronize all settings and apps using a cable

### Expected behaviour

Sync works on the new phone as well as it did on the old phone

### Actual behaviour

Nextcloud Client for Andoir ignores the "InstantUploads" folder and creates a new one on the Nextcloud server called "SofortUpload" and starts uploading all images to this newly created folder rendering duplicated files.
