Auto Upload doesn't stop uploading files

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Auto Upload To always upload
2. Disable Auto Upload to only sync in free networks
3. Watch Next cloud eat up your mobile data (especially when it syncs movies)

### Expected behaviour

The app doesn't upload on mobile networks if "Nur über gebührenfreies WLAN hochladen" is activated.

The app does upload on mobile networks if "Nur über gebührenfreies WLAN hochladen" is activated
