Description

### ⚠️ Before posting ⚠️

- [x] This is a **bug**, not a question or an enhancement.
- [x] I've [searched for similar issues](https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues) and didn't find a duplicate.
- [x] I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".
- [x] I agree to follow Nextcloud's [Code of Conduct](https://nextcloud.com/contribute/code-of-conduct/).

### Steps to reproduce

1. upload a [ODT](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenDocument) or [KBDX](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KeePass) file to a Nextcloud
2. login with the Nextcloud Android app and tap the file
3. open the file (ODT => [Collabora-Online-Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.collabora.libreoffice); KBDX => [KeePassDX](https://f-droid.org/packages/com.kunzisoft.keepass.libre/) or [KeePassDroid](https://f-droid.org/packages/com.android.keepass/))
4. make exactly one change to the file and save it _(press "back" until Collabora closes or press "check-mark" / save in KeePass*)_

### Expected behaviour

Changed file will be uploaded fully automatically.

### Actual behaviour

File is changed on the Android file system, but not uploaded by Nextcloud.

### Additional information

I'm not 100 % sure if this is a bug or a missing feature.
Because I opened the file from inside the Nextcloud app, I expect Nextcloud to recognize changes instantly. The Dropbox-448.2.8 Android app seems to do this _(tested with Collabora and KeePassDX)_. So it should be possible in general.

I know, I can configure a folder to 15 minutes 2 way synchronization. But that's a far too long time for me.

Tested on two [Fairphone 3+](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairphone_3#Fairphone_3+).
OS: [/e/OS-3.0.4-t](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki//e/_(operating_system)) (Android-13, microG), Nextcloud + NextcloudDev from F-Droid
OS: Stock Fairphone Android-13 with GooglePlay services, Nextcloud from GooglePlay
