Missing auto upload files

### Steps to reproduce

1. take photo
2. get home and reconnect to wifi
3. wait for uploads
4. see that of the 8 photos, only 4 have uploaded

### Expected behaviour

all photos would get uploaded

### Actual behaviour

only 4 of 8 photos have been uploaded
