Description

### ⚠️ Before posting ⚠️

- [x] This is a **bug**, not a question or an enhancement.
- [x] I've [searched for similar issues](https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues) and didn't find a duplicate.
- [x] I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".
- [x] I agree to follow Nextcloud's [Code of Conduct](https://nextcloud.com/contribute/code-of-conduct/).

### Steps to reproduce

In the burger-menu, tap on "Uploads". This shows a new screen titled "Uploads" and in my case: no uploads available.
This is OK.
Now I tap on "on the device" ("Auf dem Gerät" in my german installation) but now no new screen shows up. I still see the "Uploads" screen.
The strange thing is: when I select something else before, e.g. "All Files" and then I want to switch to "on the device", then it works and I get the "on the device" screen.

It really only does not work when I have selected "Uploads" before switching to "on the device"

### Expected behaviour

Show me the "on the device" screen regardless what I have selected before.
