Excel file could not be safed anymore

### Steps to reproduce

Open an excel file with macro (xlsm) with nextcloud app - on a samsung galaxy tab active 3 (SM-T575 - latest Patch level from 1.5.2025) (or oneplus mobile same nc version) with nextcloud client >=3.31.2
Edit the file in MS Excel App - one cell for example - and close it. (We used the microsoft o365 Account on the galaxytab)
The popup appers:
save changes?
save (button) - loss changes (button)
(German Version)

would you like to save the changes in that file (free translated)

### Expected behaviour

With Nextcloud client 3.31.1 the Excel file is saved, as well as all previous versions of Nextcloud client <= 3.31.1 and no popup appears

### Actual behaviour

The popup appers

Also with the latest version 3.32.0 from nc client for android
Only for information (we give nextcloud app full access to the device)
