`Send` with share icon has no effect

### Steps to reproduce


1. I browse an image that resides on my server
2. Clicking on the top left 3 dot icon brings up a menu
3. There is `Send` in the menu has no effect

### Expected behaviour

Clicking `Send` should show me a list of apps to share with

### Actual behaviour

Nothing happens, no errors, NOTHING.
