upload sporadically does not create a folder

### Steps to reproduce

1. Select some folders (with subfolders) to Upload
2. just start upload

### Expected behaviour

creating folders and subfolders on its own.
this just happen sometimes.

### Actual behaviour

in some cases the upload of some files fails, because no folder has been created.
it stops uploading. when i then create a folder on my own, it continues uploading.
