Allow to don't show recommended files on start screen / file overview

On the file view inside the app recently appeeared a section called something like "recommended files". It seems to be something like "last updated". However, I think it would be handy to allow to disable that widget.

Add an option to disable the widget (or just re-remove it completely ;))
