### Steps to reproduce
1. Configure a folder for autoupload and wifi only
2. Go into a roaming country and enable gsm roaming
3. Add some files to the folder
4. Connect to a wifi and ensure it is marked as not metered in Android
5. Files are not uploaded even on refresh
6. Disabled gsm roaming in the settings
7. Files are uploaded using wifi now
### Expected behaviour
The gsm roaming option should not have any affect on the wifi upload
