Shared link - download button and view switch not appearing

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a link for a folder to share
2. Open link in browser on mobile phone (Chrome and Firefox confirmed)
3. In Portrait mode, the right buttons (download and view switch) do not appear and can not be accessed
(turning mobile to landscape mode helps... buttons appear as is should be)

### Expected behaviour

Download and view button are essential, in particular for people who are not familiar with NC and accessing shared folders via link.

### Actual behaviour

Download and view change buttons are not visible in portrait mode on Android mobile app in Chrome/Firefox when accessing shared links to folders.
